Our clients came to us looking to update their gorgeous, waterfront condo in Yaletown. It was formerly two separate, two-bedroom & two-bathroom condo units that the previous owners had combined into one space. Though the conversion of the two units into one was a success, it was lacking the elevated style, flow & function that our clients were looking for. The challenge our clients tasked us with was re-working the floor plan to create better flow & unify the space into one true living space; erasing any hint of the former two condos. We planned & managed the renovation project alongside Headland Construction. We took the project to the finish line by supplying & installing all the furniture, art & décor – most of which occurred while our clients were living out of the country. Our goal was to honor the incredible Vancouver views, provide every-day comfort & offer a space to host a good party! Check out the before & after transformation.
