1908 to Net Zero

We’ve been asked to be a part of this stellar team re(constructing) a 117-year old East Vancouver home into CHBA Net-Zero Standards – one of Canada’s first. Alongside Deep Green Developments (the Owner & Developer), Best Builders, Smithcraft Architecture and Capture Energy, we as the interior design team selected are using innovative materials. The character home is lifted and placed on ICF, will have panelized deconstruction and will be fully solar powered.
